2.1 Certificate of compliance with the order- Document in which the manufacturer certifies that the products supplied are in compliance with the Quality Assurance Specifications and with the Specifications of the order, without mention of any test results.
2.2 Test report
- Document in which the manufacturer certifies that the products supplied are in compliance with the Quality Assurance Specifications and with the Specifications of the order and in which he supplies test results.
- Inspection and testing are carried out by the manufacturer in acc. with his own procedures.
- The products inspected and tested need not necessarily be the products actually supplied.
3.1 Inspection certificate

- The tests shall be carried out, before delivery, on the products supplied. The inspection unit is specified in the product standard, the official regulations and corresponding technical rules or in the order.

- An administrative fee of Euro 60 is charged to issue a 3.1 certificate.

2.1 Certificado de cumplimiento del pedido
- Documento en el que el fabricante certifica que los productos suministrados cumplen con las Especificaciones de Garantía de Calidad y con las Especificaciones del pedido, sin mencionar los resultados de las pruebas.
2.2 Informe de prueba
- Documento en el que el fabricante certifica que los productos suministrados cumplen con las Especificaciones de Garantía de Calidad y con las Especificaciones del pedido y en el que aporta los resultados de las pruebas.
- La inspección y las pruebas son realizadas por el fabricante de acuerdo con sus propios procedimientos.
- Los productos inspeccionados y probados no tienen por qué ser necesariamente los productos realmente suministrados.
3.1 Certificado de inspección
- Documento expedido en base a las inspecciones y ensayos realizados según los requisitos técnicos especificados en el pedido o la normativa oficial y la normativa técnica correspondiente.
- Los ensayos se realizarán, antes de la entrega, sobre los productos suministrados. La unidad de inspección se especifica en la norma del producto, la normativa oficial y las normas técnicas correspondientes o en el pedido.
- El documento es emitido por un departamento independiente del departamento de fabricación y validado por un representante autorizado del personal independiente del departamento de fabricación.
- Se cobra una tasa administrativa de 60 euros para emitir un certificado 3.1
