TIVAR® 1000 ASTL UHMW-PE, based on a UHMW-PE grade with extremely high molecular weight, has been specifically developed for tough anti-abrasion applications. TIVAR® 1000 ASTL UHMW-PE shows a higher wear and abrasion resistance and a lower surface resistivity than TIVAR® 1000 UHMW-PE antistatic. Ertacetal® C ELS Polyoxymethylene POM-C shapes exhibit excellent electrical conductivity qualities, low moisture absorption, high strength and stiffness, and great machinability capabilities. This grade in particular is recommended for use in electrical and explosion sensitive applications, and complies with REACH (EC) no 1907/2006 and UL 94 HB flame rating requirements.
