Nylatron™ NylOil PA6
Polyamide 6Nylatron™ NylOil PA6 is a self-lubricating cast nylon engineered for bearings, bushes, gears, rollers, pulleys and wear components. Its lubricant is dispersed throughout the PA6 matrix, maintaining low-friction performance even after machining or surface wear. Compared with unlubricated or MoS₂-filled cast nylon, it can provide 5–7 times longer wear life and a 25% lower coefficient of friction. Reduced moisture absorption improves dimensional stability, while excellent machinability enables faster, easier production.
