UHMW-PE + SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber):  Rubber Back Sheet developing process

There is many cases that when Attaching lining material to small flection part, thin rubber back sheet is required. UHMW-PE can’t be attached with bond to opponent material. UHMW-PE is required with bolt when it lined. Lining UHM-PE with bolt sometime caused non-good sliding property in consequence of adherence on holed bolt part.

We developed composite material by bonding UHMW-PE and SBR. SBR can be attached to opponent material by bond. Weak point UHMW-PE, CLTE can be refrained from this composite structure as little as possible.
