Our unique approach to polymer development allows us to deliver customized, advanced material solutions and innovations to you.
Our proven success formula takes our knowledge of polymer sciences and advanced filler technologies, combined with our superior processing and component manufacturing capabilities, and delivers an end product that out-performs other commercially available materials. That's our guarantee!
Our processing technology begins, where conventional molding ends. We think out of the box with you, to develop innovative molding capabilities that push the boundaries of conventional processing technologies. The result? Molding capabilities that give our polymers a wide array of capabilities that were previously thought to be unattainable.
All of our products are put through a rigorous process validation system, to ensure material consistency and quality from start to finish. We test every lot of product produced and supply a certified mechanical property report along with all of our molded products. In doing so, that you can rest east knowing that what you purchased is manufactured to established specifications and validated through scientific testing every time, without exception.
With several in-house CNC technologies to choose from, we are confident in our ability to meet your strictest manufacturing requirements. Our unmatched capacity also ensures that your components are shipped on-time, every time. So whether its plastics or metals, our AS9100-certified Engineered Solutions facilities are well-equipped to keep you at the forefront of innovation.
Driven by customer satisfaction, we ensure that every component that our Engineered Solutions team manufactures, meet the highest quality standards. We achieve this through the following methods:
Each part is approved by our deburr department, where proprietary procedures have been developed to deliver high-quality materials and parts.
Through this testing we eliminate rejection of parts in the field and help increase the success of quality designs. We also have a thorough understanding of the cleaning and packaging requirements necessary for critical components and assemblies, and will clean and package parts and assemblies in accordance with identified specifications that meet or exceed your requirements.
Our Near Net Shape (NNS) production techniques provide a part/blank, close to the final form, near shape, or “near net” geometry of a finished component. NNS’s reduce the need for surface finishing, and deliver bottom line benefits that can save more than two-thirds of the production costs. The process, which utilizes molding equipment designed and developed by our Engineered Solutions Team, allows us to mold high performance thermoplastics, filled or unfilled, with isotropic mechanical properties.
